This isn't just about building a better A/B testing tool; this is about catalyzing positive change in how builders build, ultimately resulting in better products and happier customers!

Backed by ICONIQ, Sequoia Capital and Madrona Venture Group, Statsig has grown rapidly, surpassing key revenue milestones and becoming the platform of choice for leading product teams across the world.

About the Team

Statsig is at an exciting inflection point- our revenue has scaled rapidly, and we're gearing up to double our headcount in the next few years to support our ambitious revenue goals. This role is crucial to shaping the next phase of our company’s growth. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact hires across engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams, partnering closely with executives and hiring managers to build the future of Statsig.

What You’ll Do
  • Full-cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruiting strategies.

  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Recruiting Metrics: Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines.

Who We’re Looking For

Statsig is seeking a recruiter who embodies the Statsig values and brings:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or a mix of sourcing and full cycle.

  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to find and engage candidates.

  • Experience hiring in a fast-moving environment- whether at a startup, SaaS company, or high-growth team. You don’t just "follow the process" - you do whatever it takes to build strong candidate pipelines.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

  • A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking recruiting metrics and using them to inform decision-making.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to recruiting challenges.

  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week, full time from our Bellevue, WA office.

We’re growing fast but staying scrappy - our ideal recruiter is hands-on, creative, and ready to make an impact from day one.

Compensation & Team Structure

Total compensation will be a mix of salary and equity with a base salary of $125k-$140k. This position reports to the Business & Operations Manager (Julie Leary) and works closely with hiring managers across all teams.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
