FusionTek, a managed IT services provider, announced that it has acquired Washington-based IT services firm Computer Services Corporation, or CSC, to strengthen its presence in the Pacific Northwest region. The acquisition is intended to enhance FusionTek’s ability to deliver IT services to small and mid-sized businesses across Washington.

As a result of the acquisition, CSC’s clients will have access to a broader range of technology offerings through FusionTek, including managed security capabilities, an incident response team and custom development services. Key members of the CSC team will be retained to maintain continuity and existing client relationships.

“Our goal is to build on the strong foundation CSC has established and provide their clients a deeper technical bench, backed by proactive support, strategic guidance and a commitment to excellence,” Brian Miller, CEO of FusionTek, said in a statement.

CSC is the second Washington-based IT firm that FusionTek has acquired this year, following the acquisition of Amarok in June. FusionTek has established offices in the Pacific Northwest, Washington, D.C. and Tampa, Florida.
